City United will commence training on Sunday 25th August
from 10 am til noon at Riverside 2 Practice nets. This morning will double as
our Registration Day with a free BBQ provided after training. There will be no increase to fees from the previous season making City United once again the most affordable cricket club in town.
The first match kicks off on Saturday 12th October against West Tamworth. A few players from last year’s 1st Grade side have left down during the off season and this will create opportunities for City’s other players to test themselves in the higher grades in the coming season.
City will be placing an advertisement in this Saturday’s Northern Daily Leader. This ad will promote our Club as well as invite any prospective new players to the club.
City United’s next Meeting will be held on Tuesday 20th August at the Tamworth City Bowling Club from 6.30pm. All players are welcome to attend.
