Earlier in the week it was
announced that City’s own Ryan Hansen has been selected in the Central North's
U17s team to play in the Country Carnival at Raymond Terrace in a few weeks. While
later in the week it is announced that Jack McVey has been selected in the
Tamworth’s First XI to play in this Sunday’s War Veterans Cup clash against
Gunnedah at Wolseley Park in Gunnedah. Well done boys!
A Friday little story. Sugar goes to visit his grandmother and he brings his
two friends with him. While he's talking to his grandmother, Richie and Scotty start
eating the peanuts on the coffee table, and finishes them off. As they're
leaving, Scotty says to Suger's grandmother, "Thanks for the
peanuts." She says, "Yeah, since I lost my dentures I can only suck
the chocolate off 'em."
