Former South Africa fast bowler Peter Pollock will visit Tamworth
on Saturday 5th October. Pollock is the brother of Graeme and father of Shaun
and he will speak at a dinner to be held at the Calrossy Hall from 6:30pm.John Gleeson will be speaking first, to be followed by Pollock. Clearly, from the title –“God’s Fast Bowler” – there is a Christian element to the event. Pollock is a Christian bloke and will relate his experiences as a cricketer within that message. Cost is $30 for a two course meal.
