The trail match last Saturday
against our “Sister Club “ Armidale City Cricket Club was a huge success. The
game was played at Chevual Park with both teams being able to get some valuable
time in the middle. The scoreboard read
a win for City United (Tamworth) but the real reason of the match was to blow
out some cobwebs with the season proper only a few weeks away. A big thanks
must go to Simon Hood who was officiating as umpire and Phillip Hood who scored
the match. Hope to have some photo’s of the match posted in a few days.
