City United's 2014/15 AGM

City United held its Annual General Meeting at the Tamworth City Bowling Club last night. The meeting was a hugely successful one. The members attending gave their support and confidence in which our club is being administered and the direction in which the club is heading.
Our outgoing President Terry Skewes spoke of the previous season and how the club worked through what was a difficult period at the beginning of the season. This had caused allot of upheaval within the club.
Never the less, as the season progressed the club and its players came together and stayed true to the clubs core valves and standards. City finished the season with some outstanding achievements both on and off the field and he hopes that the club can build on that momentum this season.
At the meeting the clubs executive for the 2014/15 season were elected.

Our new Club President Anthony Fitzgerald here with Robby Gregg.

There is something in growing that mo.

Australia a 5-0 series sweep for just the third time in history.

Man-of-the-series Mitchell Johnston, who took 37 wickets in the five tests.

Johnson performance was spectacular in the Test Series with his new mo.

How I wish I could grow a moustache,

so that people could see me as cool.

With a fashionable style, a furry smile,

the ladies would drown in their drool.

Oh I wish I could grow a moustache,

so that people could think me a man.

I would work on a farm,   have a rugged charm,

and probably drive a black ute.

                                              I wish I could grow a moustache,

maybe people would think I was snappy.

I would keep it in trim, I would go to the gym,

with some hair on my lip, I'd be happy.

Next season I will, I will grow a moustache,

So it will improve my cricket.

That’s all I need to succeed is a moustache,

and when a score the runs and take the wickets,

We will all be wearing moustaches at City.
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO the mo look CITY

Our club’s values and ‘personalities’ are the things that make City one of the best.

Tezza Kamp is one of those personalities that are the first one picked in our team. As Tezza has progressed through the grades he has been able to lift to that higher standard of cricket and perform.

I don't drink
I don't smoke
I don't sniff no coke
New age
That's me
And that's what you should be
I am Mr Natural
You can call me Mr Natural
I live by the stars
I don't eat no meat
I am Mr Complete
I am Mr Natural
You can call me Mr Natural
I don't wear no skin
I don't care who wins
When I know that I'm right
I don't get uptight
I am Mr Natural
You can call me Mr Natural

lyrics from Mental as Anything

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Tezza Kampe our Mr Natural CITY

A snap shot of City United Presentation Night

I woke up with a strange tattoo
Not sure how I got it, not a dollar in my pocket
And it kinda looks just like you
 Mixed with Zach Galifianakis

La la la, whatever, la la la, it doesn't matter, la la la, oh well, la la la

We're going at it tonight tonight
There's a party on the rooftop top of the world
Tonight tonight and we're dancing on the edge of the Hollywood sign
I don't know if I'll make it but watch how good I'll fake it
It's all right, all right, tonight, tonight

Noah Pitt at 12 years finished the season batting at No 3, Josh Cooke age 12 years opened the bowling, Brody Gregg was our death bowler and James Wallace with his BIG leg spinners.
Four of City Talented Juniors
Not to say the old blocks didn’t play their part, Ronnie, Chewy, Dougie and then you had the fathers in Rob, Russell, Cookey, and Les.
