Good news stories.

There has been so many good news stories this week of City United players and their achievements throughout the Northern Daily Leader. Today our own Jack McVey was blasted all over the back page with a nice story of him playing in the Two Day Test against Canterbury Colts in New Zealand.
City United’s Jack McVey will be a bowling spearhead when the NNSW Emus play for the Boomerang Trophy today.
Not to be out done, Dan Mitchell was caught on film in action bowling for City in our 1st Grade side last Saturday. Dan describes himself as feeling like “Robocop” during his bowling stint. Dan also talked about his tireless work he performs for Good Sports as the local project officer. City United has a level 3 in the Good Sports program where the club promotes healthy choices.
Under the program, clubs will focus more on young people, families and sport participation. The three-level accreditation criteria ensure clubs provide alcohol management standards and healthier choices for their members. City has moved through the levels over a period of 4 years, maintaining all standards from the previous levels as we progress.
GOOOOOOOOOOOO where is all about Good Sport CITYTHE Aussies have done it with the Ashes, and at Rangoria today the Northern NSW Emus begin their quest to regain the Boomerang Trophy.
