This is the opportunity for you as a member to have your say about the direction the club is heading and the way it is being run. Australia a 5-0 series sweep for just the third time in history.

Man-of-the-series Mitchell Johnston, who took 37 wickets in the five tests.

Our club’s values and ‘personalities’ are the things that make City one of the best.

 Tezza Kamp is one of those personalities that are the first one picked in our team. As Tezza has progressed through the grades he has been able to lift to that higher standard of cricket and perform.

 The 4th Grade award winners from the 2013/14 season are:
Batting Average and Aggregate – Neil Cooke 291 runs @ 41.57
Bowling Aggregate – Neil Cooke 11 wickets
Bowling Average  -Robbie Gregg  10 wickets @ 15.80

Anthony said it was great to see the immergence of four very talented junior cricketers.

Noah Pitt at 12 years finished the season batting at No 3, Josh Cooke age 12 years opened the bowling, Brody Gregg was our death bowler and James Wallace with his BIG leg spinners.

Not to say the old blocks didn’t play their part, Ronnie, Chewy, Dougie and then you had the fathers in Rob, Russell, Cookey, and Les.
Lastly I can see a premiership in the near future for this side and would love to see it before these fantastic juniors move on to bigger and better things through the higher grades at City.

The 3^rd Grade award winners from the 2013/14 season are:
Batting Average and Aggregate –  Lachlan Cooke 241 runs @ 48.20
Bowling Aggregate – Trent Balderston 17 wickets
Bowling Average  -Terry Skewes  16 wickets @ 10.00
Captains Award went to Eddie Beattie.

 Trent said he would like to congratulate all his players for another successful season for City’s 3rd Grade side. City named the youngest 3^rd grade team in the competition and we were able to be competitive each and every week.

It was great to see the improvement over the season from our young guns with some exceptional batting and bowling performances towards the end of the season.

He made mention also of the more experienced players who proved to be great role models, always playing within the spirit of the game of cricket and offering advice to the younger players when needed.

 Bowling Average and Aggregate - Simon Bellamy 13 wickets @ 28.37

Mark Fisher said he enjoyed his role as Captain of 2^nd Grade. The highlight was winning a carton from Phil Hood after he bet the team they would not score more than 200 on this particular afternoon. Mark was so delighted with the way his team stayed as an united team through what as a trying season. He said the team really enjoyed the fielding attempts or lack of them from Terry, Rodney and David.
