Words cannot express the
appreciation and thanks, we at City have for Kathy Lawrence and Nikki Hansen.
They have
over the past few years, taken City United to new heights, in the words of the
President of the TDCA Richard Bullock “City United has become the best run
cricket club in Tamworth.”
The endless hours of work
these two ladies do for our club throughout the season is truly incredible.
An acknowledgement must also
go to their husbands and families to allow both our wonderful ladies to do their jobs, Paul Lawrence
who is also a Vice President of City and Steve Hansen have both given their
support to their wife throughout the season.
I know our own President has continually
said “These two ladies have more runs on the board then any City batsmen I have
seen. Kathy and Nikki are the driving force behind our great club.”
Talking of our President, he
and his wife are trying to set up a new password for their computer. Our
President said with great pride let’s put my batting average for this season.
"His wife falls to the ground laughing because on the screen it says,
"Error. Not enough numbers." GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
